How long does local SEO take to get results?
SEO is a medium to long-term marketing strategy. Although you may start seeing results within 4-12 weeks, it can often take between 3 – 12 months to see actual results, depending on your location and the level of competition.
For example, if you are based in a small town with little competition, results may be relatively quick, but if you are based in a large city with many competitors, results will likely take much longer.
Do you build us a new website?
Yes, we will build you a website optimised for local SEO. If you already have a website, we will assess whether you need a new website or if we can change your current website to get the desired results.
I already have a website can you still work with me?
Yes, we can work with you if you already have a website. We will first need to assess your existing website. If the website needs significant work optimising for local SEO, we will need to build a new one. However, if the website is structurally sound, then we can begin local SEO work straight away without building a new website.
Why is there a minimum three month commitment?
SEO is a medium to long-term marketing strategy. There is a lot of work to complete, and it takes search engines weeks, sometimes months, to recognise the changes to your website and move you up through the rankings. Any less than three months is not enough time to complete the work and observe any beneficial changes and results. You can cancel or move on to a monthly rolling contract at the end of the three months.
What are your payment terms?
Upfront payment is required in full for the first three months’ commitment. We set up a direct debit on a rolling monthly contract at the end of the three months if you wish to continue working with us. We do not accept payment by invoice. The initial fees can be made by bank transfer or by card (via Stripe). Monthly rolling direct debits are set up with our partner GoCardless.
What is included in your local SEO service?
Our local SEO service includes keyword and competitor research, website design and hosting, Google Business Profile optimisation, weekly Google Business Profile posts, local link building, local citation building, monthly website optimisation and monthly reporting. We can also provide Google Ads and Content Writing as additional services.
